Four people were rescued from the water and airlifted to hospitals in Perth, with police initially saying three of them were seriously injured.One woman was also stable at Royal Perth Hospital.The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has confirmed it would be investigating the crash and deploying investigators from its Perth, Brisbane and Canberra offices.
