Fourteen staff from the Kalgoorlie Health Campus are self-isolating as a precaution after coming into contact with a confirmed case. They are well and self-isolating at home.Across the state, there are currently 34 confirmed COVID-19 cases in hospital, with 17 in intensive care. At the same time, 203 people have recovered from the virus."I don't think we'll eradicate the disease. What we want to do is control it," Mr Cook said.
"What we want to do is manage it and these numbers now give us encouragement that we'll be able to do that."
