A Wakeley church rioter has been hit with more charges after throwing a tantrum and allegedly assaulting a person following his court appearance.

One of the Wakeley church rioters has been charged with more offences after a public outburst outside a Sydney court.

Disturbing footage captured the moment Haddad confronted and threatened journalists and cameramen waiting to report on his case. Despite attempts to avoid interaction by pulling his hood tightly around his face and attempting to walk away, Haddad tripped and fell on the footpath, losing a shoe in the process.Haddad's father also spat at media. Haddad was later charged with using a recording device in court and common assault on Wednesday night.Court documents for the Wakeley riot have revealed Haddad was identified by police due to “distinctive tattoos on his neck” including one that says “HA HA HA”.
