. The highest reported local temperature was 76 degrees in Huntsville, but most cities in Southeast Texas reported temperatures in the 70s. Temperatures are expected to be even warmer on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service in League City.Tuesday's warm weather was expected to lead into a mild and muggy night with temperatures in the high 60s across the greater Houston region. Patchy sea fog was expected to develop along the coast.
The coastal wind advisory is expected to continue until around noon, while temperatures in most of the region will reach into the 80s.
