“Hey, pup! Pup, you’re okay, you’re okay,” the officer reassured the freezing and frightened sheepdog. That’s when the officer grabbed hold of Sparky’s scruff and freed him from the branches before picking him up.The cop furiously rushed back to the bank, while attempting to hold the frosty pup above the surface until he was able to hand Sparky off to his partner, who met them in waist-deep water.“I can’t feel anything,” the officer wearing the bodycam replied.
