House Republican leadership is set to hold a press conference following the announcement of an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.
Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy ordered the impeachment inquiry on Tuesday, doing so without a vote on the House floor."House Republicans have uncovered serious and credible allegations into President Biden's actions," McCarthy said.
"Taken together, these allegations paint a picture of corruption."Several Republicans in Congress have already attempted to oust Biden by filing articles of impeachment against him, including Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep. Lauren Boebert .The press conference will take place at 10 a.m. Eastern time.
