Josh Frydenberg and Peter Dutton have led the offensive against Labor with the Treasurer claiming the party will form a coalition with the Greens focused on high taxation and extreme climate policies.
The Defence Minister has sought to depict Labor and its leader, Anthony Albanese, as soft on defence and overly friendly with China. Labor, for its part, have continued hammering the Prime Minister on his government’s pandemic response, especially the slow vaccine rollout, the crisis in aged care centres and the RAT shortages during the height of the Omicron variant.
