No. The Coast Guard is enforcing a safety zone in the Houston Ship Channel during the Battleship's move that will prohibit any vessels to enter, travel, moor or anchor within 1,000 feet of the ship, according to a release from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This safety zone will be enforced 30 minutes prior to, during and after the event. Violating these zones without obtaining permission is a felony offense with a penalty of up to a $250,000 fine or six years in federal prison.
