Sandy and Muick sat with two handlers, as the funeral cortege swept into the Quadrangle, a private part of the palace. Members of staff, with corgi dogs, await the arrival of the coffin of Queen Elizabeth II, as Britain's King Charles III and Prince William pass at Windsor Castle, Windsor.Muick was a gift to the Queen from Prince Andrew during the COVID lockdown of 2021 and he is named after Loch Muick which sits on the royal Balmoral estate.
Sandy had been given to the Queen for her 95th birthday from Prince Andrew’s daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie.
