To see a format that we angst over for so long, work in any language, and where we’ve got these universal themes of working in construction, and in the trades, it’s hugely satisfying.”
“Tough As Nails” contains individual challenges but also group competitions and no one is eliminated. “I just love that part of it,” Keoghan says. “Our goal is that by the end of the season, the audience has fallen in love with the characters.”
