Watch this 807-hp Hellcat-swapped Viper melt its tires on the drag strip.
6.2-liter supercharged V-8 making 807 hp and 717 lb-ft of torque. The T56 six-speed is gone too, replaced by a more durable T56 Magnum.
It's not just the engine that's been upgraded. This Viper has also received a set of Penske racing coilovers, bigger Wilwood brakes, and a set of American Racing wheels wrapped in sticky drag radials. In the video above the Throtl team tests out the car for the first time at Barona Dragstrip outside of San Diego, California. While they run into a few small issues, the car seems healthy and looks incredibly quick. We're curious to see how it stacks up against the competition.
