Attention shoppers - Lincolnshire Co-op has acquired the Waterside Shopping Centre with a partner
Lincolnshire Co-op has signed a 50/50 partnership with Wykeland Group to buy out the Waterside Shopping Centre in Lincoln.
Wykeland Group, which has entered this partnership with the Lincolnshire Co-op, say it has a track record of working to develop and manage property assets in Hull and North Yorkshire.
