Commuters faced rail disruption this morning as a Watford train line was damaged for the second time in a week.
Today, at 7.42am, National Rail confirmed that a bus replacement service was running as trains on the Abbey line between Watford Junction and St Albans Abbey were affected due to damage to the overhead wires.What do we know so far after two killed in M25 crash?
