Watford host Championship leaders Leeds United on Good Friday looking to halt a nine-match winless streak on home soil
There are 12 places and 34 points separating Watford and Leeds United in the Championship standings heading into the final five weeks of the regular league season. But interim Hornets head coach Tom Cleverley insists there will be no inferiority complex on show when the two clubs collide at Vicarage Road tomorrow night.
Yet Cleverley is relishing the challenge of pitting his wits against United. He said: "They are the current league leaders, that doesn’t mean there is a sense of inferiority from us at all, that’s the way I was as a player, and that’s the way I will be as a coach, and we will do everything we can to win the game."They are doing brilliantly well; it’s a massive football club with a very successful manager in this league. We have to respect the challenge ahead.
