Charlotte Dawson has announced the exciting news that she is expecting her second child with her fiancé Matt Sarsfield.The reality star, who is currently 17 weeks pregnant, shared her joy at falling pregnant again with a ‘rainbow baby’ and gave a first look at her blossoming bump.
In recent months, Charlotte has been sharing snaps of her in looser clothing and either posing side on, or covering her belly area holding Noah.
