Ahead of the Victorian election in November, a senior Liberal has sought to distance the party from the previous Coalition government, declaring “we are not Scott Morrison”.
A number of high-profile Victorian Liberals were wiped out in the May 21 Federal Election, with traditionally blue-ribbon seats falling to Labor and Climate 200-backed independents.

Responding to a question about polling not looking too favourably for the Liberals ahead of the November election, Mr Southwick insisted “we are not Scott Morrison”.
