The burned-out vehicle was discovered on a road near East Kennet on Tuesday 2 April.
Staff at a nursery in Wiltshire say they are "devastated" after one of their minibuses was stolen and set alight.
Sue England, business manager at Sunflowers at Grafton, said she "couldn't believe" it had happened again.
