We tried Aldi's Creme Egg flavoured drink to see if it tastes like the treat

We got our hands on a bottle of the stuff before it hits stores

But at Aldi, it's more about how do you drink yours this year after the retailer launched a new Easter tipple.

Boasting a smooth and creamy blend, with delicate hints of chocolate and sweet vanilla, Aldi says the tipple 'is best served neat with ice, or as part of an egg-ceptional choco-inspired cocktail'.We were lucky enough to get our hands on a bottle of the stuff before it hits stores and couldn't wait to give it a try.

The colour of it is like a lighter-coloured Baileys really, there's no magical stream of egg yolk running through it.
