Treasurer Jim Chalmers says the reason for the high inflation challenge in Australia is a combination of Shadow Treasurer Angus Taylor’s “incompetence” and the war in Ukraine.
“We understand this inflation problem in our economy, we understand the pressure that rising
interest rates put on Australian families and the Australian economy more broadly,” Mr Chalmers said.
