The Federal Circuit and Family Court imposed a $30,000 fine on 10 Foster Street Pty Ltd, formerly known as George Elsissa Studio, and ordered them to backpay $21,604 owed to four workers. The Fair Work Ombudsman took legal action after the designer ignored a Compliance Notice issued in 2022.
