The 'Falls Stands with Palestine' rally will happen an hour after Armistice Day event on Saturday
A West Belfast Palestine solidarity event will go ahead an hour after the city centre's commemoration on Armistice Day, this Remembrance weekend.
Meanwhile The 'Falls Stands with Palestine' rally will take place at the Dunville Park, West Belfast, on Saturday 12pm, and will include community activists, pro-Palestine groups, and trade unionists from across the Greater Falls area and beyond. People Before Profit MLA Gerry Carroll is confirmed to speak at the community demonstration in support of Palestine.
The Colin representative has written to all Belfast councillors asking for support for a special meeting to discuss the expulsion of the Israeli ambassador to Ireland.
