The food blogger took to TikTok to share her confusion at the new pricing on the menu, which included a bowl of soup for £4.03 and £5.54 for a plate of nachos.
Wetherspoons customers have been left puzzled over the chain's seemingly random new prices - but there is actually a simple explanation behind it all. Regulars at the popular nationwide pub, which is known for it's cheap food and drink, were baffled to discover the new bizarre costs the menu, the Mirror reports.
The woman, who goes by @brodie_bites_ on TikTok, questioned: "Can someone please explain what on Earth has happened to Wetherspoons prices? We went to Spoons on the way home from Glasgow the other night just to grab something to eat because we had been drinking and realised we hadn't actually eaten yet.
"It continues throughout the whole menu, such bizarre pricing and even the side dishes, it's 81p for a side of chilli and £4.03 for chips, like I just don't understand it."
