What's the deal with ovarian cysts?
In order to understand the difference between simple cysts and those that can be more sinister, we need to first go back to the basics.An immature egg is released from inside a tiny sac of fluid called a follicle.Gynaecologist Sally Reid said a small blister full of fluid on the ovary that is less than 3 centimetres is a "very normal, natural, physiological process".
These two types of cysts are known as "functional cysts" and normally do not cause any symptoms and disappear on their own within a few months. Endometriomas are associated with endometriosis and are also known as "chocolate cysts" because they fill with blood which turns brown over time.

Cash rate forecast to be lifted by another 25 basis points next monthSky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd says next month economists are expecting the cash rate to be lifted by another 25 basis points to bring it up to 3.1 per cent. Mr Boyd said the topic of the speech will be around price stability. “But there should be some comments from Mr Lowe around where the cash rate is at the moment, what he’s expecting over the next few months for Australia’s economy and how confident he’s feeling with where rates are right now and whether people can actually pay their home loans.”
