Insight specializes in helping other businesses embrace technology and move toward a digital future. So it’s not surprising that its more than 200,000-square-foot building operates as something of a showroom for many types of technological equipment, software and services for clients.Intriguing elements appear upon entering the complex west of Gilbert Road and south of the Loop 202 freeway.
Insight turned the spotlight on itself to demonstrate many of the ways that companies can better embrace these products and services. Conference rooms have audio and video features that adjust to the number of people inside and the amount of space used. Many rooms also feature touch-screen presentation boards — essentially walls that you can write on — along with ceiling-mounted cameras that can focus on whoever is currently speaking. That's in addition to individual microphones and lighting, audio and temperature controls at each seat.
