The mystery of what Grogu will look like with his helmet on The Mandalorian is one that has insistently presented itself since he was officially named a foundling. Din Djarin’s apprentice-in-waiting creeps ever closer to taking the creed with every passing episode, with The Mandalorian season 3 episode 4 outright confirming why he hasn’t yet worn a helmet.

That would mean encasing Grogu's ears in highly valuable Beskar Iron, an expensive allowance balanced by the comparative lack of the metal needed to cover the rest of his body. This Grogu helmet design would also be the most fearsome.
