"I was very depressed because I loved work… I found myself at home and that's when I started drinking spirits. And then it went from just having the odd glass to finishing the bottle."And then, last autumn, Tony's son took his own life following many years struggling with depression.After the immediate shock had passed, though, Tony says he started to really examine his own life.
