Plus it turns out that not all types of olive oil are good for you

As well as this the olives are picked very early, normally olives are picked in November or December, when they are at their plumpest, so they yield the most olive oil. High phenolic and alpha –olenic olive oil is picked in August or September, which yields much less oil but keeps all the amazing nutrients.
