Manchester City have learned their fixture schedule for the 2024/25 Premier League season, including their big matches against local and title rivals.
Manchester City will already have played Manchester United by the time the 2024/25 Premier League season gets underway in August, as they meet in the Community Shield at Wembley for the season curtain-raiser.
In the league, City will first take on United in December, while they will renew their rivalry with Liverpool at the end of November. It will be the first time that Pep Guardiola has faced Liverpool without seeing Jurgen Klopp in the opposite dugout, as Arne Slot replaces the influential German at Anfield.
City have pipped Arsenal to the title for two seasons in succession, and could only take one point off the Gunners last season. They will face Mikel Arteta's side early on in September and then February.ALSO READ: How Man City could make £100m profit this summer with six transfer exits The Blues will take on Chelsea, now managed by former City assistant manager Enzo Maresca, on the opening day at Stamford Bridge, and they meet Tottenham in November.
Over the festive period, there are fixtures with Everton and Leicester, and the first game of 2025 comes against West Ham. The final day sees a showdown against Fulham at Craven Cottage, while the last home game of the season will come against Bournemouth the week before.
