Stone has spent little time at Georgie since its pre-pandemic opening, but he says he plans to be around more often now that travel has opened back up. Even still, the amount of time someone with his schedule can realistically spend at a restaurant in a city they don’t live in is minimal, especially considering his ambitions for Georgie.

Stone said with the restaurant industry largely back on track in the wake of the pandemic, things are “better than ever,” and that goes for Dallas, too.
