Turns out the Homage of Royal Blood was a one child job... 👀
This is largely because of Prince William's official role in the coronation: on top of assisting in putting some fancy robes on King Charles, Wills made the "Homage of Royal Blood." Which basically involved him kneeling in front of his dad and saying "I, William, Prince of Wales, pledge my loyalty to you and faith and truth I will bear unto you, as your liege man of life and limb. So help me God.
This is similar to the pledge Prince Philip made to Queen Elizabeth when she was crowned: “I, Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, do become your liege man of life and limb, and of earthly worship; and faith and truth I will bear unto you, to live and die, against all manner of folks. So help me God.”, during past coronations "Dukes would pay homage to the new monarch" but "King Charles decided only the Prince of Wales would perform this task in his coronation." Which is....
Also, Harry is attending the coronation as a guest and isn't part of the official ceremony, but he had a chance to participate in the, where everyone watching can vow, "I swear that I will pay true allegiance to Your Majesty, and to your heirs and successors according to law. So help me God." This will naturally be followed by the totally casual "God save King Charles, Long live King Charles, May The King live forever.
