The RSPCA is appealing for information from the public after a much-loved pet cat was deliberately drowned in Perth's east.Tiger Tim, a four-year-old tabby male, was spotted in the Swan River at the end of Memorial Drive in Bayswater by a member of the public last Thursday evening.The area, near Riverside Gardens, is a popular dog-walking and picnic spot for families.

Ms Wirth said the cat went missing from Tenth Ave in Inglewood, more than five kilometres from where he was found.
