South Australia is bracing for severe weather through Sunday night and into Monday, with damaging winds and heavy rainfall on its way.
A warning has been issued for damaging winds over much of South AustraliaRainfall of 20 to 40 mm has been forecast for Adelaide on Monday
Damaging wind gusts in excess of 90 kph have been forecast for the west coast and southern parts of the north-west pastoral district, with showers and possible thunderstorms. "We've got the potential for some pretty windy conditions as that front moves across and it will also bring showers and some isolated thunderstorms, which will increase the chances of producing some gusty winds as well," he said.
