A woman was standing in the carpark of a St Pauls Terrace building when another woman, unknown to her, allegedly jumped into her nearby car and drove away. The owner of the car, a 33-year-old woman, tracked the car to Leichhardt Street on her phone, where she tried to stop it and restrain the driver.Bystanders helped her restrain the other woman until police arrived.A 32-year-old woman of no fixed address was charged with child stealing, illegal use of a car, and unlicenced driving.
