One woman is in custody and another was seriously injured after being pistol-whipped in Dallas’ Deep Ellum entertainment district.
The case was used as an example of a new initiative by Dallas ATF and Dallas police as it looks to curb violent crime across Dallas.Officers then questioned a second woman who police now consider a suspect in the attack.
