A woman from Preston is set to return to court to face charges of breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order on sixteen different occasions.

Claire Neville was issued the CBO in 2020 following a conviction for harassment. Lancashire Constabulary said she appeared before Preston Magistrates Court earlier this month where she was given bail conditions not to enter certain parts of Preston city centre.

The 50-year-old is prohibited from entering Preston City Centre within the boundary of the Adelphi roundabout, Friargate, The Holiday Inn, Fishergate and Preston Railway Station. She has since been arrested and charged with breaching these conditions and will appear before the city's crown court next month.
