The man, in his 60s, was found unresponsive and without his mobility scooter in the car park of a Tesco superstore in the early hours of Sunday before later dying in hospital, Gloucestershire Police said.

His black mobility scooter was absent, and he died later that day after being taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital by paramedics. On Wednesday evening, the force said:"Kimberley Ann Hawkins, 40 and of no fixed address, has been charged with robbing a man aged in his 60s of a motorised mobility scooter in the area of Stratford Road on 22 January."
They said she had been remanded in police custody and will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
