Chloe Mrozak, 24, allegedly skipped Hawaii's 10-day quarantine mandate for unvaccinated visitors by flashing the fake card at the airport in Honolulu.

Safe Travels Program administrator reported her COVID-19 vaccination card was possibly fraudulent.

Hawaii authorities determined from officials in Delaware that there was no record of Mrozak being vaccinated.Despite initial suspicions, Mrozak left the airport. Officials later couldn’t find a reservation at the hotel where she said she would be staying and she didn’t list return travel information.
