Brock Pavy's death is still being treated as suspicious with detectives working to understand how he lost his life.
Brock Pavy was found in the drain on Marlboro Road in Swan View about 11am last Thursday by a member of the public.
The 39-year-old's older sister, Lorrie Reevy, said he was rough around the edges but deserved justice.The sister of a man found dead in a stormwater drain in eastern Perth last week has asked for the public's help to find answers. "We need to know. I mean we can't bring him back but someone knows something," she exclusively told 9News.
In recent years, Pavy struggled with his mental health and served time in prison but Reevy said he always had heart of gold."He had tattoos, long hair you know but harmless."
