A DRUNK woman has apologised after being kicked off a Jet2 flight for trying to open the plane door. Catherine Bush called herself unruly, aggressive and vile for squaring up to cabin crew mid-air.…
Catherine also denied trying to open the plane door or physically hurting anyone, and said staff escalated the situation when they manhandled her because she had been in an abusive relationship.She is heard repeatedly bellowing: "What have I done wrong on this flight?"
A member of the crew is seen in the footage telling her to "stand back" to which the irate woman replies: "I am back. Sort your head out you."But the unruly passenger hit back: "You're not doing yourself any favours either.Fellow passenger Samantha Fearon said Catherine tried to get off the plane in her mid-air row."It was just so shocking."
Airline Jet2 have since issued a demand for payment and banned her for life for what they described as "a catalogue of aggressive, abusive and dangerous behaviour". "We have always made it abundantly clear that, as a family friendly airline, we take a zero-tolerance approach to such behaviour and that we will vigorously pursue any costs incurred as a result of such an incident.
