A female complainant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was called to give evidence on Thursday. "I just felt like hands on my arm… my shirt was untied, and my skirt was pulled up… I was forced onto the bed." The woman said the assault only stopped when the man she had called out for eventually entered the room and said something to his friends in a foreign language.
The court heard the woman did not report the alleged assault but later gave three statements to police when they called her weeks later, which occurred due to a report from a different woman the next night.
