The woman was driven to a hospital by another person where she was being treated for a gunshot wound to her abdomen, authorities said.
The shooting happened about 11:36 a.m. Friday outside in the 9700 block of Edes Avenue.
The woman was shot by someone seen driving away in a truck, authorities said. A detailed description of the suspect and and vehicle were not released.Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $5,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the shooter.
