Food Standards Australia and New Zealand have issued the urgent warning for an ice cream range over contamination fears.
Food Standards Australia and New Zealand issued a safety warning after identifying a metal pollutant in the product.“Food products containing metal may cause illness/injury if consumed.”The ice creams were available for sale at Woolworths stores in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and the ACT.
Customers are advised to not eat the product and immediately return it to their nearest Woolworths supermarket or Woolworths metro outlet.Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
