Laws restricting the number of hours international student visa workers can work are set to be reintroduced.

The cap was temporarily lifted during the pandemic, which allowed students to work more than 20 hours per week.

The new cap will come into effect from July and will limit those on international student visas to a maximum of 24 hours work per week.
