Police have admitted they charged the wrong person over a child sex attack at an Adelaide playground. 9News

Police last night charged a 32-year-old northern suburbs man with two counts of rape, aggravated indecent assault, gross indecency and unlawful detention.Police had originally charged a 29-year-old man with the attack at a park in the Adelaide suburb of Blair Athol two weeks ago.

Forensic evidence later cleared him of direct involvement in the attack, and police withdrew charges and released him before a scheduled court appearance.
