A Wendy's customer in Texas fired a gun at the restaurant after arguing with staff, according to police.Department received multiple calls of gunfire at a Wendy's restaurant in the 5500-block of Eldorado Parkway, according to a press release.
Ellis was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. This is considered a second-degree felony and is punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a fine up $10,000.Police have said two other people in the vehicle and have also been arrested and charged.
