Rolovich is now an assistant for the San Marin Mustangs.

As of March 1, Marin County, where San Marin High School is located, requires public sector employees who are not fully vaccinated to undergo weekly COVID-19 tests, though there are unspecified exceptions to this requirement. SFGATE reached out to Marin County officials for clarification on what these exemptions are but did not receive a response.

The only stated way to get out of weekly testing is to show proof of vaccination. It is unclear if Rolovich has gotten the vaccine or how many other members of San Marin’s coaching staff are also unvaccinated. Benjamin confirmed to SFGATE that NUSD does not require proof of vaccination but said the district is"not aware of how [Rolovich] is presenting himself publicly regarding vaccination status.

The San Marin Mustangs will compete in the North Coast Section football championship playoffs on Saturday against Alhambra.
