WWE star Liv Morgan has been left devastated after learning that a fan lost their house because of a con artist pretending to be her.
Morgan, 27, says she has heard"horror stories" from fans that have been scammed out of money from fake accounts online. One supporter was tricked into selling their home after an account impersonating Morgan asked them for money.“Guys I’ve been sent so many emails of horror stories about people making fake accounts and emails pretending to be me & asking for huge amounts of money,” she tweeted.
“This really makes me so sad. Please don’t use my name to con people out of their hard-earned money. Please please please.
