WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash shed light Monday on the death of his son, Tristen, which occurred last week.
Nash said that his son died last Wednesday after suffering a seizure Tuesday evening. Nash said he found Tristen, 26, on his bedroom floor.“He was basically dead on the floor with the EMTs around him. They got him back, and they got him in the ambulance and they tried to save his life.”Nash, 63, said that he and Tristen decided to quit drinking cold turkey, and said his son had not been feeling well since.
Nash said that alcoholism was “his cross to bear” in life, noting that he lost several people, including his close friend and fellow wrestling legend Scott Hall, in part due to the disease. Ironically, Hall’s birthday came just one day after Tristen’s passing.
