An X-Factor star accused of murdering a baby girl has had his bail conditions changed after telling a court he suffers abuse when reporting to police.

His solicitor, Stephen Dickens, appeared in the NSW Supreme Court seeking permission for Callaway to report to police over the phone for three days each week.“There is evidence has been subjected to some abuse while going daily to town to comply with the current reporting,” Justice Tim Faulkner SC said on Friday.
