The iconic and terrifying X-Men villain known first as Apocalypse, then as En Sabah Nur, and most recently stylized as "A" in the Krakoan language, has just revealed his 'true' name in a preview for the upcoming one-shot X-Men: Before the Fall - The Heralds of Apocalypse #1.

Revelation's time on Krakoa fundamentally changed the brutal survivalists' outlook on strength and community, with the powerful and ancient beings' compassion towards his fellow mutants growing deep. For decades Revelation was focused on "survival of the fittest," but the preview for Heralds of Apocalypse shows that he now knows true strength is the ability to survive, and that strength is not the only thing necessary in life.
